WESTON, Conn. Congratulations are in order for Adrienne Dunn and her fifth-grade class at Weston Intermediate School for winning the Run for Life competition.
This is the sixth consecutive year that Dunn's fifth-grade class won the event.
Every year, students and their families, run the track at the school for 30 minutes and count each lap. The purpose is to promote healthy living and to show children the importance of staying active. The class with the most laps is the winner and receives a plaque for the accomplishment.
