Joel Barlow on the Hunt for Paddle Tennis Players

EASTON, Conn. – Joel Barlow High School is looking for students to join its paddle tennis club.

The team meets every Tuesday at the Redding Country Club from 2:30 to 4 p.m. and is open to all Joel Barlow students in all experience levels.

During the practices, there also will be clinics to introduce basic paddle tennis skills to students. The clinics are $10 per session for 10 sessions or $15 per drop-in session.

The team will compete against other high school paddle-clubs in New Canaan, Greenwich, Wilton and Westport. Demo racquets will be available for those who do not have equipment. No previous paddle or tennis experience is necessary.
