Greens Farms Academy Advances In ‘Challenge’ Quiz Show

WESTPORT, Conn. – A team of students from Greens Farms Academy, a private K-12 school in Westport, has advanced to the second round of MSG Varsity’s academic television quiz show “The Challenge.”

The competition began with 192 schools from the tri-state area, including 16 schools from Connecticut. Greens Farms Academy is now one of seven Connecticut schools competing to qualify for the Tri-State Championship playoffs.

Students Clayton Garner, Graham Bacher, Mark Whittaker, Francesca Garofaoa and alternates Ethan Petno and Adam Petno will take on the Darien High School team on March 15. This episode will air at 6:30 p.m. on Cablevision’s Optimum, Channel 14.
