EASTON, Conn. Students at Easton's Helen Keller Middle School will show off fall fashion's Friday to raise money for their outdoor classroom.
The "Fall into Fashion" show will feature more than 25 students modelling the latest styles from Harpers, Mitchells, Dresscode, Cargo Bay, Life is Good, Rotary Ski and Syms. Hair designs will be by Salon ISA in Fairfied. Funds raised go to the outdoor classroom dedicated to Joan C. Parker, formerprincipal of Helen Keller Middle School.
The show takes place from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., Oct. 14 at Helen Keller Middle School.
The outdoor classroom will overlook the grounds, the pond and the field, said Jennifer Rose, a teacher and student council adviser at the middle school. It will look like a small amphitheater with block seating, and a stone path will lead from the school to the classroom.
