• Alexander Watts sold 24 Wood Road to Carol and John Rawls for $435,000.

• Kandaur Capital Corp. sold 95 Great Oak Lane to Victor and Szilvia Barnett for $262,000.

• Mary Ellen Utell sold 13 Woods Way, Unit 7 to Chad and Michelle Yoshinaka for $640,000.

• Robert and Amy Grief sold 11 Ledgerwood Road to William and Pamela Tassinaro for $740,000.

• Raymond and Susan D’Amico sold 10 Picketts Ridge Road to Haralabos and Vasiliki Harisis-Valassis for $587,110.
