State Rep. John Shaban To Speak To Redding Elementary Students

REDDING, Conn. -- State Rep. John Shaban (R-Redding) will be hosting an interactive, town hall-style forum with Redding Elementary School third-graders on Friday to help teach them about state government.

After spending the week formulating questions for the legislator, the students will address him about a range of topics as they seek to learn more about how the General Assembly creates laws and how individual legislators play a role in the process.

The event will be from 9 to 9:30 a.m. in the Redding Elementary School Cafeteria, at 33 Lonetown Road.
