One ordinance would impose a waiting period of no more than 180 days before granting a permit for demolition of any building or structure that is designated as a historically sensitive structure.

The other proposed ordinance will impose new regulations for dog walkers at Topstone Park. The new regulations would include new leash laws and would prohibit dogs from being on trails, public congregation areas and Topstone Beach from May 15 until Labor Day.

Violators of the proposed leash laws could be subject to a fine of $90.

The Redding Community Center is located at 37 Lonetown Road, behind Redding Elementary School.
