Westport Registrars To Conduct Audit Of Voting Machines

WESTPORT, Conn. — The election results from the voting machines in Westport's Districts 6 and 7 will be audited a month after the November voting.

The Registrars of Voters announced that they will be holding an audit of the optical scan voting machines on Dec. 3 in Town Hall starting at 1 p.m.

If required, the audit will be suspended and reconvened at 1p.m. Dec 4, they said.

Residents are allowed to observe the process.
