WESTPORT, Conn. — A Westport man was charged with criminal trespass Saturday after he returned to a Post Road East facility two days after he caused a disturbance at the site and was warned by police not to return, police said.
On June 9, officers responded to Norwalk Hospital Associates and found Lawrence Kozar, 57, of Jesup Road, causing a disturbance and refusing to leave, police said. He was warned he would risk arrest if he returned, police said.
Around 2:30 p.m. on June 11, Kozar returned to the office and was arrested for first-degree criminal trespass, police said.
He was held on $1,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on June 21.
