On Tuesday, Sept. 29, Mark Connors turned himself in to the Westport Police Department after learning that there was a warrant for his arrest.
On July 28, the Westport Police Department received a complaint of an alleged sexual assault, which occurred locally. The victim said Connors had grabbed intimate parts of her body during the incident, police said.
Connors was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault and disorderly conduct. He was released after posting $2,500 bond and was issued a court date of Oct. 9 at Norwalk Court.
