According to the police report, Lawrence Kozar, 57, of Jesup Road, threatened an officer and a civilian working in the communications area. When asked to take a seat, Kozar took a fighting stance and did not obey the officer’s command, police said.
He was charged with second-degree threatening and breach of peace in the 8 p.m. incident, police said. He was held on $1,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 9.
On June 9, Kozar was charged with criminal trespass after he returned to a Post Road East facility two days after he caused a disturbance at that site and was warned by police not to return, police said.
