Sandy Ramos, 36, of Saugatuck Avenue, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault in the incident, which left a male victim with scratches on his neck and behind his ear, police said.
Around 8:30 p.m., officers were dispatched to the Saugatuck Avenue address, where Ramos said she had had a verbal dispute with the victim, police said.
Officers noticed her right thumbs bleeding, police said.
The victim said he was in an upstairs bedroom when Ramos, who he said was intoxicated, started yelling at him about the lease agreement and attacked him for no reason, police said.
Ramos was held on $5,000 bond and was scheduled to appear in court on July 13.
