EASTON, Conn. A 15-year-old Easton boy was issued a juvenile summons on Oct. 4 accusing him of fourth-degree sexual assault in an incident that was reported Aug. 23.
The boy was due in court Monday.
Police said a parent called in the complaint after the boy assaulted two teens at a home on Soundview Drive.

Warrant Arrest: James Gromiller, 80, mistakenly set off a burglar alarm on Thursday, Oct. 11, and when the police responded they found a warrant for his arrest. He had been charged with larceny, identity theft and forgery, police said. He is accused of forging his name to a check. Gromiller is due in court Oct. 23.
