WESTPORT, Conn. - Robert John Lynch Jr. (Bob) of Westport died Aug. 21. He was 64.
Lynch was born in Boston, Mass., to Robert and Doris Lynch. He worked in finance for more than 35 years, notably at Citibank, U.S. Trust, and Barclays.
Lynch is survived by his wife, Maureen; son, Bob, who lives in Spain with his fiancé, Tory; daughter, Kelly Houff (Jeff) of Virginia; a grandson; siblings, Jane Shilalie (Bob), Kathy Meinelt (Terry), Steve Lynch (Barbara), Mary Jo Sharkey (Jim), and John Lynch (Mimi), all of the greater Boston area; and 21 nieces and nephews.
Calling hours are Tuesday, Aug. 27 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Hoyt Cognetta Funeral Home, 5 East Wall St., Norwalk. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 28 at Assumption Church, 98 Riverside Ave. in Westport.
