Morrison attended Weston High School for two years, the Williston Northampton School and graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He played baseball for three years at Miami as a relief pitcher.
Morrison was a managing director of Global Debt Registry and previous to this position he spent 16 years with MBNA Corporation (now Bank of America Card Services) as the president and CEO of MBNA Spain.
Morrison is survived by his mother Anne Marie Christian of Douglasville, Ga.; his father, William P. Morrison (Sherri) of Corona del Mar, Calif.; Gregory Morrison (Jennifer Plasaj) of Elkton, Md., and Kelley Kennedy (Patrick), Christopher Morrison (Heather) of Gaithersburg, Md.; a nephew and nieces; grandmother, Jean Morrison of West Hartford, Conn.,;and former wife, Erin Morrison of Painesville, Ohio.
Calling hours are Wednesday, May 1 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Brunner Sanden Dietrick Funeral Home, 8466 Mentor Ave, Mentor, Ohio. The funeral Mass will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 2 at St Gabriel Catholic Church, Concord Twp., Ohio.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Morrison’s memory to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF).
