WESTPORT, Conn. – The railroad parking lot next to the Saugatuck River under the I-95 overpass on Riverside Avenue will be closed to all vehicles for about two weeks beginning Monday, Westport police announced Friday.
The lot will be closed until at least Aug. 15 to allow for the replacement of a large storm drain conduit that runs from Riverside Avenue through the lot to the river, police said.
During the closure, the parking lot will also undergo other needed repairs.
