Weston Women's League Hosts Kidstock in March

Get your dancing shoes ready, Weston. The seventh annual Kidstock Concert kicks off Saturday, March 12, at the Weston Intermediate School Cafetorium. The headliner for this year's event is Mr. RAY, an international superstar who has performed with Bruce Springsteen, Jon Bon Jovi, Chuck Berry and other famous acts.

Once again, the Weston Women's League will sponsor the concert, which will take place from 2 to 4 p.m.

Danny Magic will also hit the stage at Kidstock. Back by popular demand, Danny has been featured on "Good Morning, America" and "will delight kids and adults alike with his unique brand of magic and humor," said Stacey Tucker, the league's publicity co-chair.

Kidstock is a community effort that includes many sponsors. "Thanks go out to the Cicale Moskal family, the Egan family, the Roberts family, the Sherlock Family Charitable Trust, Happy Panda Mandarin School, Peter's Spirit Shop, Ryan Cornell, Broker/Realtor, Willows Pediatrics, Wilton Hospital for Animals and many others for their donations," Tucker said.

Kidstock tickets can be purchased for $10 in advance by mailing a check, made out to the Weston Women's League, to WWL, PO Box 1113, Weston CT 06883. Indicate the ticket quantity, your name, phone number and email address, and your tickets will be held at the door. Tickets are $15 at the door. Admission is free for children under the age of 1. "Space is limited, so get your tickets and your dancing shoes and get ready to dance away these winter blues," Tucker said.
