WESTON, Conn. As students in Weston receive a well-deserved winter break, the Weston Public Library has decided to show free movies during the winter recess.
The films will run from Tuesday through Friday, everyday at noon. Since the films will begin around lunch time, parents are encouraged to pack a lunch for the kids. The library is also encouraging parents or caregivers to stay with the children during each screening.
The movie schedule is as follows:
- Tuesday, Dec. 27: The Polar Express
- Wednesday, Dec. 28: Mr. Poppers Penguins
- Thursday, Dec. 29: Dolphin Tale
- Friday, Dec. 30: The Diary of a Wimpy Kid
