Weston Library Displays Holiday Quilts

WESTON, Conn. — A collection of festive holiday quilts made by Weston residents is now on display at the Weston Public Library.

The quilts were made by a group called Loose Threads. Besides working from home, group members meet once a week to make their quilts.

They also do one large charity quilt every year. Each member works on a block or two, and the blocks are then sewn together to form one large communal quilt.

The display is located in the library’s Community Room until Friday, Dec. 16.
