WESTON, Conn. - The state's release of student's scores from standardized tests and local residents charged in other towns are some of the top stories in Weston, Easton and Redding this week.

Scores on the Connecticut Mastery Tests for grades three to eight dropped slightly in Weston, Easton and Redding in 2013 from 2012. The scores on the Connecticut Academic Performance Test for 10th graders were not much better.
