Westport police found a 25-year-old man, thought to be bipolar and suicidal, after an alert was issued for him Wednesday in the area of 35 Bridge St.
He was described as a white male, about 6 feet, 4 inches tall and 250 pounds. Sgt. Richard Frazier with the Westport Police said the incident was considered a medical call. Due to HIPAA laws, details surrounding the incident could not be released. Frazier only confirmed that the individual was located by police and said, "He's OK."
