Killer of a Mystery Fest Slated for Easton

Easton, Conn – Mystery fans can hear from best-selling author Michael Palmer and and slew of other award-winning mystery writers April 14 and April 15, at Helen Keller Middle School at an event dubbed “a meeting of the mystery minded.”

The one-and-a-half-day fourth annual Murder 203: Connecticut’s Mystery Festival begins with breakfast Saturday at 8:30 a.m. and will include panel and group discussions with the authors. Lunch will also be served.

There will also be a “Cocktails and Crime” reception with the authors, a raffle and silent and live auctions at the Easton Public Library Saturday evening. Those attending the cocktail party should be 21 years old and older.

Sunday at 9:30 a.m., the event continues with breakfast at the library, where authors will be available for book signings. Also, Dan Palmer, Michael Palmer’s son, will interview his father.

Registration fee for the event is $75, $55 for students.
