International Game Day At Weston Library Saturday

WESTON, Conn. – Weston High School has postponed its football game Saturday and the Kiwanis Club has postponed  the Reservoir Run Sunday but the Weston Public Library has an alternative – International Games Day.

On Saturday, the library invites children and families to enjoy special gaming programs and events. Board games will be available all day. There will be video games in the community room from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and family bingo at 3 p.m. with prizes.

Library director Karen Tatarka invites the town to the library to enjoy a variety of games.

“Libraries are more than just educational resources for the communities. They are also places where users of all ages are welcome to have fun together,” she said.
