WESTON, Conn. — The Halloween scare fair in Weston isn't really scary.
The event takes place from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Historical Society, 104 Weston Road. It features pony rides, face painting, a silent auction and cupcake decorating. The fair is sponsored by the Weston Historical Society and the Weston Girl Scouts,
Kiwanis Club members will be on hand to barbecue a delicious lunch. Kids and adults are invited to wear Halloween costumes. Admission is free with nominal fees for food and activities.
