EASTON, Conn. Police are warning Easton residents to lock their unattended vehicles after a Stratford man reported that several items were stolen from his unlocked car.
The man parked his car on North Park Avenue between 2 p.m. on Nov. 24 and 12:15 p.m. on Nov. 25. When he returned, he found that his wallet containing $20 in cash, his drivers license, a credit card and his ATM card, and an iPod Touch, an iPod Touch charger and a phone charger were missing.

? A North Park Avenue resident reported to police on Nov. 27 that a $550 dirt bike had been stolen from her garage.
? A backpack leaf blower valued at $320 was stolen from a shed on Ferndale Drive on Nov. 18, police said.
? A Sport Hill Road resident reported on Nov. 27 the theft of a $40 yard sign that promoted vegetables from his farm.
? Christopher Croce, 21, of 387 Center Road, was issued several infractions on Nov. 20 after a crash in which his car hit a tree and a stone wall, police said. Croce was traveling south on Staples Road shortly after 7:25 p.m. when a deer darted in front of him, police said. He swerved to avoid the deer and lost control of his vehicle. When police arrived on scene they found that Croce did not have a valid vehicle registration.
Croce suffered no injuries, according to police, but was issued infractions for traveling unreasonably fast (a $132 fine) and operating an unregistered motor vehicle (a $117 fine).
? Daniel Heller, 82, of West Redding, was issued a $132 infraction after he lost control of his vehicle and hit a tree on Rock House Road on Nov. 19. Heller was treated for injuries at St. Vincents Medical Center in Bridgeport. He received an infraction for failure to drive on the right.
