EASTON, Conn. -- The Easton Senior Center will offer flu shots to the public on Oct. 24 and 26 from 7 a.m. to noon.
Those wishing to get a flu shot should call the senior center at 203-268-1145 and set up an appointment. The senior center has to tell the visiting nurses association how many people are expected. Those who work can request an early appointment.
The Easton Senior Center is a regional center for flu shots. Residents from Easton and surrounding towns are welcome to make an appointment. For payment, Medicare is processed automatically. For more information about what health insurance is accepted, ask the senior center when making an appointment. If not insured, the cost in past years has been $30.
