Janice R. English sold a property at 40 Ridgeline Road for $585,000 to Brian D. Glatzel and Diana Giraldo on June 24.
Cheryl Ostrover sold a property at 83 Buck Hill Road for $450,000 to Chun Yu Kwok on June 30.
Mary M. Pajonas and Todd R. Pajonas sold a property at 58 Hayes St. for $1,430,000 to Gregory D. Conlon and Veronica A. Conlon on July 5.
Kimberley H. West and Timothy West sold a property at 105 East Common for $710,000 to Matthew J. Gilbreath and Robin Gilbreath on July 6.
