Here is a list of recent paid property transfers provided by the Easton Town Clerk's office:

Denise Boudreau Scott and Thomas W. Scott sold a property at 10 Tranquility Drive for $769,900 to Koson Thambundit and Sumonta Limsiriwong on March 28.

Annette C. and George W. Kellner sold a property at 16 Brookside Drive for $570,000 to Corrado Speziali and Brenda Anderson on April 7.
