The Easton Dog Park, a cooperative project between dog lovers and the Easton Parks and Recreation Department, has opened for business, the town of Easton announced.

There is no annual fee to use the dog park; however, each community member is asked to care for the dog park and to observe the rules. The dog park will remain open as long as the user community respects the posted rules.

The park is tucked away near the center of town. Punch the address 360 Sport Hill Road, Easton, into the GPS.

Turn by the tennis courts on Sport Hill Road, follow the curving road toward Helen Keller Middle School. But just before the middle school, make the first left. The Easton Dog Park is on the left, with the parking lot on the right.

The park is open from sunrise to sunset.
