WESTPORT, Conn. – A Westport boy is being sued by his aunt, who was injured when he jumped into her arms for an embrace when he was 8 years old, reports The News-Times.

The woman, Jennifer Connell, suffered a broken wrist in the incident, which occurred four years ago at the boy's birthday party, the story said. She is seeking damages of $127,000 in a jury trial being held in state Superior Court in Bridgeport, according to The News-Times.
