Westporter to Address Realtors Gathering

Realtor and etiquette expert Judith Ré will be one of the featured speakers at the Westchester Putnam Association of Realtors’ (WPAR) Annual Member Appreciation Day Oct. 24 at the DoubleTree Hotel in Tarrytown.

Ré, a realtor with Halstead Property in Westport, will present "First Impressions," a breakout session covering personal branding, setting standards, handling difficult clients and turning introductions into instant relationships.

Ré founded the Judith Ré Académie in Fairfield County in 1986 to teach etiquette to children and adults attending her weekend classes at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Boston. Ré has directed etiquette programs in major cities across the nation. She is the author of “Social Savvy®: A Teenager's Guide to Feeling Confident in Any Situation.”Members Day is free to all association members. It draws upwards of 700 realtors from Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess and Bronx counties.

The event will also feature motivator, author, educator and entertainer Jerry Rossi as keynote speaker. His topic will be "How to Get Up in the Down Market."
