The wait is over. Michele's Pies opened its Westport shop Tuesday at 7 a.m. You'll no longer have to drive past the 180 Post Road E. location and wish it were up and running. And you'll no longer have to drive to the Norwalk headquarters for your favorite pie.
For the early-morning opening, the shop will be serving Bean & Leaf Coffee, cappuccino, lattes, espresso and Savvy Tea, according to the Michele's Pies website.
The new Westport shop will serve everything you can find at the Norwalk store and then some, including a wider variety of coffee, pastries, cookies, along with breakfast items and pies by the slice. The store has more seating than the Norwalk location and will have WiFi, which is perfect for all you on-the-go workers.
