Dear Editor,
The last time I voted Republican was in 1988, when I voted against Michael Dukakis.
The next time I vote Republican will be in November, when I will be delighted to support Dan Gilbert.
I have been before the selectmen a number of times recently. Dan has been outstanding for his thoughtfulness, open-mindedness, grace under fire from his colleagues and his willingness to stand up for what he believes in.
Dan is not just another politician, he's a leader. I strongly urge you to vote for him in the upcoming election. You'll be glad you did.
