Kids Can Get Their Kicks Playing Soccer in Easton

EASTON, Conn. – Hey parents, is your child be the next Pele or Mia Hamm? Enroll them now at the winter soccer program at the Easton Community Center.

Starting in January, the center will be providing indoor and street soccer games to children ages 3 to 12 years old at all learning levels.

Introduction to Children’s Soccer:

• These coed teams are open to children ages 3 to 4. Games and instruction will be held Wednesdays from 1-1:45 p.m. from Jan. 18 to Feb. 15 or Thursdays from 9 to 9:45 a.m. Thursdays. The cost is $70 for members and $90 for nonmembers.

Children’s Indoor Soccer:

• These coed teams are open to children ages 4 to 6. Games and instruction will be held Wednesdays from 2 to 2:45 p.m. or 4:30 to 5:15 p.m. or Thursdays from 10 to 10:45 a.m. The cost is $70 for members and $90 for nonmembers.

Children’s Street Soccer:

• There will be three separate age groups for street soccer. There will be a coed program for children ages 4 to 6 on Saturdays from 9 to 10 a.m. from Jan. 21 to Feb. 11.

• There will be a coed program for children ages 7 to 9 on Saturdays from 10 to 11 a.m. from Jan. 21 to Feb. 11.

• There will be a coed program for children ages 9 to 12 on Saturdays from 11 a.m. to noon. The cost for these programs is $30 for members and $40 for nonmembers.
