EASTON, Conn. Many Easton boards and commissions will see new faces in the next few weeks, after the Board of Selectman approved more than two dozen appointments and reappointments Thursday night:
Joseph L. Silhavy was reappointed to the Measure of Wood Board with a term set to expire in January 2013.
Irving Snow was appointed to the Measure of Wood Board with a term set to expire in January 2013.
Michael Kot, Richard Scalo, Lucy Katz, Cleo Sonneborn and Kathleen Cunningham were all appointed to the Board of Ethics with terms set to expire in 2014.
Rob Maquat was reappointed to the Planning and Zoning Commission with a term set to expire in January 2017.
Milan Spisek was reappointed to the Planning and Zoning Commission with a term set to expire in January 2014.
Steve Corti was reappointed to the Conservation Commission with a term set to expire in January 2015.
Ray Ganim was reappointed as an alternate to the Zoning Board of Appeals with a term set to expire until January 2015.
Michael Keden and John Smith were both reappointed to the Pension and Employee Benefits board with terms set to expire in January 2016.
Christopher Neubert was appointed to the Pension Employee Benefits board with a term set to expire in January 2016.
Gail Gay was reappointed to the Commission for the Aging with a term set to expire in January 2015.
Joe Peskay was appointed to the Commission for the Aging with a term set to expire in January 2015.
Nancy Gavigan was reappointed as an alternate on the Commission for the Aging with a term set to expire in January 2015.
Randy Shapiro was appointed as an alternate on the Commission for the Aging with a term set to expire January 2014.
John Miranda was appointed as an alternate on the Board of Assessment Appeals with a term set to expire in November 2015.
Eileen Stirling was reappointed to the Insurance Commission with a term set to expire January 2015.
Adele OKane was reappointed to the EMS board with a term limit set to expire January 2015.
John Broadbin was reappointed to the Parks and Recreation Commission with a term set to expire in January 2015.
Tony Colonnese was reappointed to the Solid Waste Commission with a term set to expire in January 2017.
Eunice K. Hanson, Sharon Cregeen and Mary Burlinson were appointed to the Advisory Board for the Easton Senior Center with terms set to expire in January 2015.
Jean S. Puchalski and Sal Gilbertie were reappointed to the Agricultural Commission with terms set to expire in January 2015.
Ralph Alteri was appointed to the Fire Commission with a term set to expire in January 2017.
Kerry Caylor was appointed to the Technoloy Committee with a term set to expire in January 2013.
