Easton Senior Center Seeks Donations for the Needy

EASTON, Conn. – With the holiday season right around the corner, now is the time to start thinking about helping those who are less fortunate. One way is through the Easton Senior Center.

“The Easton Senior Center thrives on donations,” said director Valerie Buckley, adding, “about 95 percent of the things that come into the center go back into the community to those who need it.”

The Senior Center is currently seeking donations of the following: clothing for all seasons and all sizes, adult and children’s warm coats and clothing, new or gently used household items, children’s books, cuddly toys and art supplies.

Donated items can be dropped off at the Senior Center, 650 Morehouse Road. For more information, call 203-268-1145.
