Easton Kids Can Meet Author Elise Broach

EASTON, Conn. – Kids can listen to author Elise Broach share the mysterious story of the Barker brother when she reads from her book, “Missing on Superstition Mountain,” at the Easton Public Library. It's just one of the events coming up next month at the library, located at 691 Morehouse Road. Here is a complete list:

Monday, Dec. 12

• 3:45 p.m. Jr. Book Club – Author Elise Broach will be on hand to present her book “Missing on Superstition Mountain.” Registration required. Grades 3 and 4.

Tuesday, Dec. 13  

• 10:30 a.m. Baby & Toddler Be-Bop! – Music, movement and fun. Ages 6-36 months. Drop in.

• 2:15 p.m. Preschool Story Time – Stories and fun activities. Ages 3 & up. Drop in.

Wednesday, Dec. 14                                              

• 10:30 a.m. Baby & Toddler Be-Bop/ Music, movement and fun. Ages 6-36 months.  Drop in.

• 4 p.m. Crafts: Candy Cane Frame – Create a holiday frame of your favorite picture made out of candy canes. Registration required. Grades K-2.

• 6:45 p.m. Crafts: Get ready for winter by creating a snow man pen. Registration required. Grades 3 & up.

Thursday, Dec. 15      

• 2:15 p.m.  Preschool Story Time – Stories and fun activities. Ages 3 & up. Drop in.

• 4 p.m. NEW: Big Kid Story Time – Great stories and fun activities just for the big kids.  Drop in. Grades K & up.
