Easton Home Sells for $735,000

EASTON, Conn. – There were two homes sold in Easton between Jan. 31 and Feb. 9. Here is the property transfer list according to the town clerk’s office:

- Beno Mancho and Trish Suetping Chan sold a property located at 56 Deepwood Road for $735,000 to Julie Billings and Paul Ganim on Feb. 9.

- Janet Lyons sold a property located at 16 Sport Hill Parkway for $527,000 to Kristin Burns and Che Delevieleuse on Feb. 8.
