Easton Home Sells for $657,000

EASTON, Conn. – There were two property transfers in Easton between Jan. 3 and Jan. 20, according to information supplied by the Town Clerk’s office:

  • Steven and Linda Belcher sold a property located at 35 Staples Road for $600,000 to Frank and Scarlett DeFord on Jan. 20.
  • Christopher L. Croteau sold a property located at 100 Burroughs Road for $657,000 to William English, Jr. on Jan. 19.
