EASTON, Conn. Wiltons Realty Seven put together a list of all the home listings and adjustment activity in Easton. Here is the list from the first week of the New Year:
A home at 36 Gate Ridge Road was put on the market for $499,900.
A home at 102 Gate Ridge Road was put on the market for $529,000.
A home at 46 Sherwood Road was put on the market for $1.05 million.
A home at 170 Judd Road listed a price reduction from $749,900 to $729,900.
A home at 315 North Park Ave. listed a price reduction from $995,000 to $938,000.
According to Realty Seven, no homes were sold in Easton between Dec. 31 and Jan. 6.
