Easton Girl Scout Troop Completes Bronze Award Project

EASTON, Conn. - Girl Scout troop 31140, made up of sixth-graders in Easton, have completed their service project for the Easton animal shelter to earn their Bronze Award, which is the highest honor for Juniors to earn in Girl Scouting.

The girls completed many service hours in researching, planning and completing their project. They made homemade dog biscuits to raise money to acquire bulletin boards for the Easton animal shelter, and also made a photo collage to decorate the shelter's walls.
