Easton Embraces Easter Traditions

By now, Sophia and Adrian Cambrana of Easton have probably found all of the eggs they colored. The siblings will be spending Easter in Stamford with their grandmother, Jessica Torres. Bunny baskets will be on hand as well as a nice dinner for the family, she says.

Sue Truax of Easton will spend the holiday with her family. She plans to go to church and then to music parties. "My friends play acoustic music. It will be an old-fashioned hootenanny," said Truax.

Catherine Galda and her daughters, Hannah and Meghan, spent Good Friday at Silverman's Animal Farm. The Newtown family plans to have an Easter egg hunt and a big meal afterward on Sunday.

"I used the white crayon," said Hannah, describing how she decorated her eggs.
