It all ends.
The word "epic" doesn't begin to describe the finale of the Harry Potter series. Harry (Daniel Radcliffe), Ron Weasley (Rupert Grint) and Hermione Granger (Emma Watson) are searching for Lord Voldemort's (Ralph Fiennes) last three Horcruxes, and they come across many obstacles on the way. Of course, Harry is determined to kill Lord Voldemort, and he in turn is overly eager to kill Harry. We know one of them must kill the other in the end. So who will live?
For those of you who haven't read the books, like me, everything is very unexpected. I have heard that this movie has many differences from the book, so prepare to be surprised.
I have seen all eight of the Harry Potter films and "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2" is potentially the best. It certainly has many dark moments, but also some comic relief. There are a few tear-jerking scenes as well, especially during the epilogue.
Those of you who aren't Harry Potter fans should watch the previous seven films before seeing this one or else you will be lost. It is very fast-paced and you don't have much time to think about what just happened. This is definitely a film to see multiple times, maybe once in 3D.
The ending of the series is bittersweet. Harry Potter has been a huge part of my childhood, and I'm sure many other teenagers would agree. It's devastating to know this world-changing series has come to an end.
The acting is phenomenal and the three leads work perfectly together, as they always have. I give "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2" a 10 out of 10. It's the perfect ending.
