A home at 76 Beach Hill Road sold for $1.075 million after being on the market for 180 days.
A home at 446 Newtown Turnpike was put on the market for $485,000.
A home at 24 Hillcrest Lane was put on the market for $1.595 million.
A home at 28 Slumber Corners has reduced its listing price from $1.099 million to $1.074 million.
