The actress was spotted in Bristol on Tuesday, Aug. 8 taking a selfie with Mayor Ken Cockayne. According to The New Britain Herald, Hart is shooting scenes for a new holiday show called "Christmas Hours" with Mario Lopez. Filming is also taking place in New Britain.
