Saturday, Aug. 10

Blush Summer Wine Event: 3 to 6 p.m. This event will benefit the American Cancer Society. Join Karen and her wine distributors for an afternoon of their favorite summer and rose wines. Chef Wirt will also be preparing a vibrant seasonal hors d’oeuvres menu. Cost is $35 per person. Redding Roadhouse, 406 Redding Road, Redding.

WWL Summer Farmers Market: 9 a.m. Weston’s annual summer farmers market features seasonal and local goods, flowers, linens and jewelry. Free. Weston Historical Society, Route 57 and High Acre Road, Weston.

Saturday Summer Clambakes and Cookouts: 3 p.m. A clambake cookout includes hot dogs, chicken, coleslaw, grilled veggies, potato salad and baked beans, as well as dessert of watermelon and seasonal fruit cobblers. Cost is $25 for adults, $12 for kids under 10 and Free for kids under 5. Redding Roadhouse, 406 Redding Road, Redding.
