Meet Westport's Candidates At Fall Brunch For League Of Women Voters

WESTPORT, Conn. -- The League of Women Voters of Westport will hold its annual fall brunch on Sunday, Sept. 18, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the home of Celeste and Norm LaCroix at 36 Arlen Road in Westport.

The event will offer the opportunity to meet and discuss the issues with the local candidates vying in the election to be held on Tuesday, Nov. 8. The cost of the brunch is $20 per person. Reservations are requested and can be made by responding to Ellie Lowenstein at ellielowenstein@gmail.com. Checks made payable to LWV Westport can also be mailed to LWV Westport, P.O. Box 285, Westport, CT 06881.

The League of Women Voters of Westport, now in its 67th year, is a nonpartisan organization of women and men that promotes informed and active participation in government and community. The LWV neither supports nor opposes any political party or candidate.
