Mark Twain Library To Host Film Starring Redding Resident

REDDING, Conn. -- Redding's Mark Twain Library will show "The History of Future Folk" on Oct. 27 at 3 p.m. as part of the Hermes Art Series.

The award-winning independent film tells the story of General Trius who travels to earth in search of a new home for his people whose planet Hondo is on course for a collision with a comet.

After the showing, there will be a Q&A session with start of the film Nils d'Aulaire, a native of Redding.  He plays General Trius and wrote and performs much of the music in the film.
