The two-act play follows bumbling bank robbers who have hidden their score in a coffin. But the money isn’t hidden in any old coffin — it belongs to Mrs. McLeavy, the recently deceased mother of one of the thieves.
“With hilarious depravities around every turn, this wickedly funny look at the most unmannerly of people is sure to leave you feeling just a little bit criminal,” the playhouse says of the show.
“Loot” opens Tuesday at 8 p.m. and runs through Aug. 3. Tickets range from $30 to $50 and can be purchased online or by calling the box office at 203-227-4177 or 888-927-7529. Tickets can also be purchased at the box office, 25 Powers Court.
