Shoreline Integrative Pharmacy is owned by Karen and Phil Hein, who have created a fully functioning pharmacy that can deal with all prescriptions and insurances while maintaining a holistic personal touch.
The pharmacy has a consultation room for private discussions, giving pharmacists time to interact and consult with customers.
The spacious pharmacy on the Post Road next to Shake Shack also has a "living room" area with two couches and a big screen television for use by doctors, naturopaths, cooking demonstrations, and, of course, customers to linger awhile while shopping.
"It's a place where East meets West. Our pharmacist can talk to you about your medications and the supplements we sell. When you come into our space and walk around, you get a relaxed feeling. It's a therapeutic, inspiring place," said Hein.
The store is a one-stop shop for premium healthcare products, including supplements, skincare and baby care products, and such popular naturally produced items as Honest Co., Bioderma Baby, and California Baby.
"It's all under one roof. Our pharmacist can talk about your prescriptions and all the supplements we sell. The pharmacy nicely complements the holistic practice of integrative medicine," Hein said.
The new pharmacy is located at 1835 Post Road E.
